  • I’m Zoe Martindale, the owner and operator of Drawn HQ!

  • I hold a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology, specializing in the application of computers in design. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry—spanning residential and commercial projects—I’ve done everything from drafting to project coordination. Let’s just say, I’ve been around the proverbial block!

    In 2018, I founded Drawn HQ to assist interior designers with their drafting needs. Since then, I’ve worked closely with some of Perth’s most sought-after designers—not only producing high-quality drawings but also training new employees in both technical knowledge and AutoCAD skills. I’ve helped designers streamline their workflows, from custom-branded title blocks to efficient template and block library development.

  • AutoCAD is a powerful, intelligent, and versatile tool used across multiple design fields, from architecture to engineering and beyond.

    While many programs allow designers to bring their visions to life, I truly believe AutoCAD stands above the rest in terms of precision, detail, and capability. Yet, in the interior design world, it’s often misunderstood—seen as slow, complex, and lacking the visual appeal of other software.
